宋树杰,工学博士,生物学博士后,硕士生导师。主要从事农产品苹果、猕猴桃、柿子等鲜果机械损伤机制解析及干燥、农副产品精深加工等方面的研究工作。兼任陕西省农业工程学会理事,西安市机械工程学会理事等。受邀担任Foods、《食品工业科技》等国内外食品期刊专刊客座编辑,是Foods、Food Engineering、IJABE等10余本国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。近五年来以第一作者/通讯作者身份,在Plant Physiology and Biochemistry、Journal of Food Processing and Preservation等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。申请相关发明专利10余件,其中授权国内发明专利5件。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目等。
