舒琴,工学博士,讲师,硕士生导师,西安市科协青年人才托举计划项目。主要从事畜产品加工与质量安全控制、食源性致病菌防治等方面的研究工作。兼任中国畜产品加工研究会青年委员会委员。受邀担任Journal of Future Foods、Food Science of Animal Products、《食品研究与开发》国内外食品期刊青年编委。近三年来以第一作者/唯一通讯作者身份,在Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。申请相关发明专利6件,其中授权国内发明专利3件。主持博士后基金面上项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目、西安市科技计划项目、咸阳市科技计划项目、榆林市科技计划项目等。获得第十六届青年教师基本功大赛三等奖、2025年校级本科教育成果奖二等奖(排名2)。
