张向楠,理学博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师,主要从事功能食品与分子营养学领域相关的科研工作;受邀担任Microorganisms等国内外食品期刊专刊客座编辑,是Carbohydrate Polymers、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。近三年来以第一作者/唯一通讯作者身份,在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food & Function等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,其中9篇一作/通讯论文;申请相关发明专利1件;主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、陕西省博士后项目等多项。
