任田,2012本科毕业于西北农林科技大学基地班,获国家公派留学资助于2017年获美国奥本大学食品科学博士学位,2018年入职陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院,聘为副教授至今。主要从事食品抗菌活性包装、食品智能包装、挥发性抗菌剂控释领域的研究工作。近五年来以唯一通讯作者,在Food Chemistry、Food Control、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Hydrocolloids等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇,其中1篇通讯论文入选ESI高被引论文。授权国内发明专利1件。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省国际科技合作重点项目、陕西省科技厅重点研发计划、陕西省农业厅科技项目、西安市青年人才托举计划、国家环境保护食品链污染防治重点实验室开放课题、陕西师范大学高层次人才启动基金等项目。以第一完成人获得陕西省自然科学优秀学术论文奖三等奖。
