任雪艳,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才、陕西省科学家工程师首席科学家。主要从事食品病原微生物的控制及其机制研究,具体方向包括:特色微生物资源开发与分子生物学、果蔬采后真菌性病害控制及发病机制、抗逆基因资源评价与果实抗性诱导机制、食品新型包装材料(可食性涂膜、纳米包装等)。兼任中国食品营养学会会员、陕西省农业工程学会理事、陕西省莓类产业体系岗位专家、陕西省科技特派员、西安市特色水果贮藏与保鲜重点实验室副主任、西安市科技局专家服务团专家、周至县猕猴桃储藏专家工作站专家;担任International Biodeterioration & Biodegradation、Phytochemical Analysis、Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology and Technology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等SCI期刊审稿人,国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家。近四年来以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Food Hydrocolloids、Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology and Technology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇。申请相关发明专利8件,其中授权发明专利6件、实用新型专利1件。主持国家自然科学基金2项,陕西省国际科技合作重点项目、西安市农业重点产业链关键技术攻关项目等省市级科研项目多项。获陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才(2023年)、陕西高等学校科学技术奖二等奖(2025年、2023年、2022年、2021年)等荣誉。
