个人简介
张玉环,博士,副教授(破格),陕西师范大学硕士生导师,陕西省农业工程学会理事,食品工业副产物深度开发与高值化利用重点实验室核心成员,陕西省食品风味化学创新团队(省级创新团队)核心成员。主要研究领域为纳米材料的功能定制及其在食品安全与控制中的应用。担任《中国油脂》青年编辑,以及《食品质量与安全检测学报》、Nanomaterial特刊编辑。参编《食品安全监督管理》、《食品安全学》两部十四五规划教材。在Chemical Engineering Journal、Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Food Hydrocolloid、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Food Chemistry、Food Control、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等杂志发表SCI论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利12项,团体标准5项,软件著作权2项。近5年主持科研项目10余项,包括国家自然科学科学基金、陕西省区域创新能力引导计划、中国博士后面上项目、中央高校优秀青年创新团队培育项目、三项改革等;主持获得2021年陕西省科技工作者创新创业大赛二等奖,2024年武汉未来产业创新创业大赛(西安赛区)二等奖,参与获得陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果特等奖。
