任道远,博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师,毕业于陕西师范大学,获食品化学博士学位,攻博期间受国家留学基金委资助赴美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校联合培养1年,主要从事食品功能因子精准营养调控机制、果蔬高值化营养加工技术等方面的研究工作。担任陕西省食品科学技术学会、陕西省营养学会理事,是Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food & Function, Food Research International等10余本国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。从事研究至今,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文30余篇。先后主持完成主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项、陕西省科技攻关项目1项、西安市科技局项目1项、中央高校科研业务基金2项,参与国家自然科学基金项目4项、省级项目5项。2023年入选安康市青年科技新星,先后获陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖(第二完成人)、二等奖(第三完成人)与陕西省科技进步二等奖(第三完成人)各1项。
