路亚龙,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,入选陕西省青年科技新星、陕西高校优秀青年人才支持计划。主要从事食品组分与营养代谢、果品微生物发酵与加工工程等方面的研究工作。兼任陕西省食品科学技术学会副秘书长、国家乡村振兴局第一批红枣产业顾问专家、陕西省“三区”人才、陕西省农业工程学会理事等。受邀担任SCI期刊Frontiers in Nutrition客座编辑、中文核心期刊《食品研究与开发》《食品与发酵科技》及国产英文期刊Food Safety and Health、Food & Medicine Homology、Journal of Future Foods等青年编委,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、《食品科学》等10余本食品领域主流SCI/EI期刊特邀审稿人,是全国研究生教育评估监测专家库专家。近五年来以第一作者/通讯作者身份,在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food Research International、《食品科学》等SCI/EI期刊发表论文30余篇,以主编/副主编身份出版著作2部。申请相关发明专利5件,其中授权国内发明专利2件。主持国家重点研发计划子课题、中国博士后科学基金(站中)特别资助项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、陕西省创新人才推进计划项目、中央引导地方科技发展专项资金项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目、陕西省博士后项目等项目10余项。参与获陕西省高等学校科学技术奖1项。
