施琳,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,2021年陕西省高校科协青年托举人才计划项目获得者。主要从事膳食营养与肠道菌群的互作机制及其在代谢紊乱相关疾病中的功效与调控机理研究。兼任中国营养学会肥胖防控分会副秘书长、陕西省营养学会儿童健康促进委员会副主委、中国学生营养促进会陕西代表处第一届委员、陕西省食品科学技术协会理事,西安交通大学全球健康研究院人类营养与代谢实验室共同主任。受邀担任Food and Humanity期刊Nutrition & Health session的编辑、Food Chemistry: X客座编辑、iMeta、Food frontiers、Food, Nutrition and Health、Health & Metabolism期刊青年编委,以及Science Advances、Nature Health、Trends in Food Science & Technology等20余本国际主流SCI期刊审稿人。近五年主持参与国家级、省部级科学研究项目18项,联合主持瑞典FORMAS基金一项,在iMeta、Journal of Neuroinflammation、Brain、Nature Communications、Microbiome、The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition具有国际影响力的营养学和医学领域期刊发表论文60余篇,授权专利4件。与来自临床医学、公共卫生等相关领域专家合作发表我国首部《中国居民减重运动专家共识》与《中国肥胖行为生活方式干预指南》,获得2025年陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果特等奖(主要完成人)。
