韩彦慧,博士,副教授。2015年获西南大学食品科学硕士研究生学位,2020年获美国麻省大学阿默斯特分校(University of Massachusetts Amherst)食品科学博士学位,2022年在美国麻省大学阿默斯特分校完成博士后工作。主要从事食品营养与健康研究领域,研究方向有食品组分与肠道微生物的交互作用及其对机体健康促进或潜在毒害作用研究,以及植物蛋白的开发利用。兼任美国食品技术协会、美国化学学会农业食品化学学会、美国营养协会会员。受邀担任Gut Microbes、Bioactive Materials、Trends in Food Science & Technology、Trends in Analytical Chemistry、iScience、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Phytomedicine等20余本国际主流SCI期刊审稿人。近三年来以第一作者/通讯作者身份,在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、陕西省重点产业链项目等。
