个人简介
赵爱青,农学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事粮食副产物高值化利用、食品功能因子与肠道菌群互作等方面的研究工作。近三年来以第一作者/唯一通讯作者身份,在Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、陕西省科技厅重点研发计划项目、西安市科技局重点研究计划项目等。获得2022年度陕西省科学技术进步奖二等奖(排名4)、2017年度陕西省高等学校科学技术奖(排名6)、2017年度陕西省林业厅科技进步奖特等奖(排名2)。
