骆莹,女,博士(后),硕士生导师,副教授,新加坡国立大学访问学者。主要从事食品营养与食品安全控制方面研究工作,承担本科生课程《人体生理学》、《食品毒理学》、《食品标准与法规》。主持国家自然科学基金;陕西省重点研发计划一般项目;中国博士后科学基金面上项目;陕西省博士后项目;宁夏回族自治区重点研发计划一般项目;农业农村部富硒产品开发与质量控制重点实验室开放课题等科研项目。获陕西师范大学教学质量优秀奖;陕西师范大学教学创新大赛一等奖;陕西省科研工作者创新创业大赛三等奖;山西省留学回国人员创新创业大赛银奖;陕西省优秀留学回国人才等。
