王迪,工学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事农产品加工与贮藏、农产品包装技术如脱氧剂、涂膜保鲜的开发和研究、生鲜农产品质量安全控制与营养品质调控研究相关领域的教学与科研工作。兼任中国农学会农产品物流分会委员。受邀担任Foods、International Journal of Molecular Sciences、Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences等食品期刊专刊客座编辑,是Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology and Technology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。近五年来以第一作者/唯一通讯作者身份,在Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。授权国际(澳大利亚)发明专利2件。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金第74批面上资助项目、陕西省科技厅自然基础研究计划一般项目等。获得2025年度陕西高等学校科学技术研究优秀成果奖二等奖(排名4)、2022年中国商业联合会科技进步奖特等奖(排名10)。
