个人简介
张帅,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2012年本科毕业于南京林业大学轻工科学与工程学院制浆造纸工艺专业,导师金永灿;2017年博士毕业于华盛顿州立大学农学院生物系统工程专业,导师陈树林。2017年8月至2020年8月在华盛顿州立大学材料科学与工程学院从事博士后研究;2020年9月至2021年5月任浙大宁波理工学院生化与化学学院助理研究员;2021年7月至2025年12月任陕西师范大学食品科学与工程学院讲师;2026年1月至今任陕西师范大学食品科学与工程学院副教授。主要研究方向为纳米纤维素材料制备、食品包装材料、木质素高值化利用等。
