个人简介

王毕妮,工学博士,博士后,教授,博士生导师。主要从事山羊乳加工品质调控、乳品质量安全检测与控制、功能性食品设计与研发等方面的研究工作。兼任陕西省现代农业产业技术体系(奶羊)岗位专家、陕西省奶山羊产业技术指导委员会副主任、陕西省乳制品产业技术创新联盟岗位专家、陕西省奶山羊产业技术体系岗位专家、陕西省乳品安全生产协会专家委员会岗位专家、陕西省农业工程学会常务理事、陕西省食品科学技术学会理事、中奶协特色奶(奶羊)专业委员会委员、陕西省“三区科技人才”等。受邀担任Frontier in Nutrition期刊专刊客座编辑,是Food Chemistry、Food Research International、LWT、Food Control等10余本国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。近三年来以第一作者/唯一通讯作者身份,在Food Chemistry、Journal of Dairy Science等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文近20篇。申请相关发明专利6件,其中授权国内发明专利2件。主持西安市农业关键技术攻关项目、合作主持陕西省重点产业链关键核心技术产业化“揭榜挂帅”项目、“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题等项目。获得2021年度陕西省科学技术奖二等奖(排名1)、获得2021年度陕西高校科学技术进步一等奖(排名1)、2023年度第十四届陕西青年科技奖(排名1)、2023年度“最佳研究者奖”(排名1)。
