个人简介

孔庆军,理学博士,三级教授,博士生导师,陕西省高层次人才特聘专家、陕西省科技创新团队“果品贮藏与保鲜团队”负责人等。主要从事果蔬采后病害致病机制与防控技术、果蔬内在营养品质因子结构解析与生物合成、果蔬智能减损保鲜与即食处理技术等方面的研究工作。兼任西安市特色水果贮藏与保鲜重点实验室主任、中国植物病理学会产后病理学专业委员会委员、中国农学会农产品物流分会常务理事、陕西省农业工程学会常务理事、周至县“十四五”期间猕猴桃优势特色产业发展指导专家等。受邀担任Frontiers in Pharmacology等期刊编委,是JAFC、Food Chem.、Food Res.Int.、PBT、Food Control等国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。目前以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Crit Rev Food Sci、Food Hydrocolloids、J Agr Food Chem、Int J Biol Macromol、Food Chem、LWT、Postharvest Biol Tec、Food Control、Food Microbiol等杂志发表 SCI论文60余篇。申请相关发明专利10余件,其中授权国内发明专利6件。主持国家自然科学基金4项,其中面上3项、地区基金1项,陕西省科技创新团队项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目等省部级项目10余项。获得陕西高等学校科学技术二等奖3项,陕西师范大学教学成果特等奖1项。
