个人简介

李婷,博士,教授,博士生导师,入选“陕西省三秦英才特殊支持计划青年拔尖人才”、“陕西省青年科技新星”和“陕西省科协青年人才托举计划”。本科毕业于西北农林科技大学,硕士毕业于陕西师范大学,2017年获香港浸会大学博士学位。主要从事膳食营养素与肠道健康、核酸营养功能、特膳食品等方面的研究工作。兼任陕西省食品科学技术学会、陕西省营养学会、陕西省饮食营养协会理事和中国农学会农产品贮藏加工分会委员,被聘为International Journal of Biological Macromolecules编委及《食品科学技术学报》青年编委。以第一或通讯作者在Cell Metabolism(第一兼通讯作者,本校独立完成,IF30.9),Trends Food Sci Tech,JAgric Food Chem,Food Chem等国际权威期刊发表研究论文30余篇,其中1篇入选ESI高被引论文,3篇入选封面论文,单篇最高影响因子30.9。申请国家发明专利6件,出版学术著作1部,参编专业教材2部。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、陕西省自然科学基础研究重点项目等国家级及省部级课题10余项。参与获得陕西省科技进步二等奖1项(排名5)、陕西高等学校科学技术奖一等奖(排名4)和二等奖(排名2)各1项。
