个人简介:
田昕伟,2023年于丹麦南丹麦大学(欧登塞)获得博士学位,同年入选国家海外引才专项,并进入陕西师范大学开展博士后研究工作。研究方向为食品营养稳态化递送及食品安全检测。相关研究成果以第一或通讯作者身份发表在Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS)、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Analytical Chemistry、Chemical Communications、中国科学-化学等国内外权威期刊。
