李林强,理学博士,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事畜产加工工程、功能性食品开发等教学与研究工作。以第一作者/通讯作者身份,发表SCIEI和核心科研论文100多篇。主持、参与省部级、国家级项目30多项。获省部级、厅局级成果奖11项。获授权发明专利4件。主编、参编教材及科普专著8部。
