路亚龙,男,博士、讲师,20216月毕业于获陕西师范大学,取得食品化学专业博士学位,博士期间受国家留学基金委资助赴美国麻省大学安默斯特分校(University of Massachusetts Amherst)交流学习1年。20217月进入陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院从事教学科研工作。主要研究方向:食品天然成分的吸收、代谢及生理功能;果品微生物发酵及营养化加工。在食品领域知名期刊Molecular Nutrition & Food ResearchFood ChemistryFood Research International等发表SCI论文近20篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者12篇,申请国家发明专利2项。担任SCI杂志Food & FunctionJournal of Food Science审稿人。以参与人身份获得陕西省高等学校科技进步二等奖1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目4项、省部级项目多项。
