任道远博士(后)副教授,硕士生导师,2018年毕业于陕西师范大学,获食品化学博士学位,攻博期间受国家留学基金委资助赴美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校联合培养1主要研究领域食品功能因子精准营养调控机制、果蔬高值化营养加工技术等。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项、陕西省科技攻关项目1项、西安市科技局项目1项、中央高校科研业务基金2,参与国家自然科学基金项目4省级项目5项。获陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖(第二完成人)二等奖(第三完成人)陕西省科技进步二等奖(第三完成人)各1。从事研究至今,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20担任Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food & Function等本领域TOP期刊的审稿人
