孔庆军1976.09,黑龙江省依安县人,博士(后),教授,博士生导师,陕西省第九批陕西省高层次人才计划特聘专家,陕西省科技创新团队负责人,新西兰奥克兰理工大学,访问学者。曾挂职陕西省商洛市商州区人民政府党组成员,副区长(2019-2020)。兼任西安市特色水果贮藏与保鲜重点实验室主任、陕西省农产品贮藏加工危害因子风险评估实验室副主任、国际学术刊物(Frontiers in PharmacologyIF=5.81)编委、国家自然科学项目通讯评审专家,中国植物病理学会产后病理学专业委员会委员、陕西省现代葡萄产业技术体系贮藏保鲜岗位专家、陕西省农业工程学会常务理事、陕西省及西安市科技特派员等,主要研究方向为采后水果营养与安全,以第一或通讯作者在J Agri Food ChemFood ChemPostharvest Bio TecFood ControlLWT - Food Sci TechFood MicrobiolSCI Hortic-Amsterdam等食品国际SCI杂志发表论文50余篇,申请专利12项,授权专利3项项,出版著作三部。先后主持国家自然科学基金3项,以及陕西省科技创新团队项目等省级10余项。

教学

承担本科教学分析化学、食品检验与分析,硕士研究生现代食品加工技术与装备,博士研究生色谱联用分析技术;

研究领域与研究生培养方向

1) 果蔬采后关键品质因子保持的生物化学基础及调控机制:开展果蔬活性物质分离、结构鉴定,营养评价及生物合成等研究;

2) 果蔬采后病害控制与毒素降解机理研究;

3) 果蔬采后智能保鲜膜开发与应用、功能性食品开发等研究。
