个人简介

张忠博士香港大学博士后硕士生导师2015年毕业于中国科学院大学,并获得中国科学院院长优秀奖2016年博士毕业论文被评为中国科学院优秀博士学位论文2017年获批香江学者目前主持国家青年基金,香江学者项目4,参与国家自然科学基金4项,授权专利5项。目前主要研究方向为食品安全分析检测技术的开发与应用,熟悉各种食品成分和污染物的分离、提取和检测技术,将其应用于食品安全的分析检测。近年在J. Mater. Chem. AACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesJ. Agric. Food. Chem.Sens. Actuators, B 和中国科学:化学等国内外著名杂志发表论文20余篇,并在传感器领域著名杂志Sens. Actuators, BSCI1区)担任审稿人
