2015年7月毕业于西北农林科技大学食品学院并获得工学博士学位,期间于2013年至2015年在昆士兰大学食品营养中心联合培养2年,主要研究方向:细菌纤维素、果蔬壁多糖的结构与其功能的关系和新型可食性纳米保鲜膜的开发。代表性成果:
