2008年10月国家公派到日本爱媛大学农学部留学,获得生物资源利用学硕士、博士学位。2016年1月开始在陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院工作,主要从事分子生物学、食品微生物学、食品营养与安全领域研究。担任《Journal ofFood Science & Nutrition》审稿人。

教学及获奖情况:

承担《食品试验设计与数据处理》和《食品冷冻技术》课程

获得第九届陕西师范大学青年教师教学基本功大赛全英语组优秀奖
