个人简介

2015年7月于西北农林科技大学食品学院获得工学博士学位,期间于2013年至2015年在昆士兰大学食品营养中心联合培养2年。主要研究方向为:食品胶体体系及其对生物活性物质的靶向递送;果蔬发酵研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后面上项目(一等资助)、陕西省国际科技合作项目、陕西省博士后项目及中央高校教师自由探索项目等各1项。
