杨兴斌,男,博士,陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院院长、教授、博士生导师,陕西省食品绿色加工与安全控制工程实验室主任,教育部药用资源与天然药物化学重点实验室、西北濒危药材资源开发国家工程实验室学术带头人。1997年获北京化工大学精细化工工学硕士学位,2004年获第四军医大学医学博士学位。1997-2005年在第四军医大学工作,2005年至今在陕西师范大学工作,2008.10-2010.02及其后3次在澳大利亚西澳大学(University of Western Australia)做访问教授,开展国际合作研究。受邀国内外学术报告30余次,建立了诸多长期的国际合作关系。

先后在Antioxidants & Redox Signaling(IF 8.2),American Journal of Clinical Nutrition(IF 6.5),Free Radical Biology & Medicine(IF 5.7),Molecular Nutrition and Food Research,PLoS ONE,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Food & Function,Food Chemistry等SCI杂志发表论文70余篇,IF>5论文5篇,论文被SCI期刊引用900余次,论文H-index为18。担任《食品科学》、《食品安全质量检测学报》、《陕西师范大学学报》、Journalof Food & Nutritional Disorders、《International Journal of Food Science, Nutrition and Dietetics》、Journal of Food Science and Nutrition Therapy》、SM Journal of Food and Nutritional Disorders》、Global Journal of Obesity, Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome》等杂志编委。

兼任陕西省食品科学技术学会副理事长、陕西省营养学会副理事长、中国农产品开发服务协会农产品加工业分会委员,马铃薯主食开发技术协作组理事会副理事长,中国猕猴桃产业技术创新战略联盟理事,国家农产品加工营养大数据创新战略联盟副理事长,陕西省干部教育培训陕西师范大学基地领导小组成员,备战2016年里约奥运会和全运会专家。先后获陕西省科技进步一、二等奖各1项和陕西高等学校科学技术一等奖2项,2011年获中国食品产业产学研创新发展杰出科研人才奖,2013年获陕西省职工优秀科技“创新人物”称号,2014年荣获“全国模范军队转业干部”称号及省部级劳动模范,2014年入选“陕西省中青年科技创新领军人才”。

熟悉保健食品的申报注册工作,具备丰富的生物制品产、学、研一体化与产业战略发展管理经验。系统研究秦巴山区植物资源的功能糖与类黄酮的营养聚集化精深加工和营养调控分子机制,发掘水苏糖的地笋新资源。与企业合作,开发爽QQ牌水苏糖口香糖(企业标准:Q/DSP 010-2007)、肠内美人牌水珍唯美食品水苏冲剂(国食健字:G20040234)和德施普粉(国食健字:G20080008)等系列功能食品(市场化商品),产生重要的经济与社会效益。同时,研究猕猴桃的采后气体射流冲击干燥和冷冻干燥技术及理论,开发猕猴桃的休闲食品;开发马铃薯主食化馒头与面条食品;并探究功能糖与多酚的分子交互作用机制,开发“益常顺”牌茶多酚复合益生元速溶茶和固体饮料等系列功能性食品。此外,采用先进的生物化妆品纳米包衣技术与渗透技术,开发出新一代细胞护理生物化妆品(抗皱赋弹、祛痘护肤、生发护发等特殊用途化妆品)。目前,主要从事食品营养化加工、食品营养与安全检测及保健食品方面的产学研应用基础研究与产品研发工作。
