路亚龙,男,博士,副教授,研究生导师。入选陕西省青年科技新星、陕西高校优秀青年人才支持计划。
2021年6月获食品化学博士学位,硕博连读期间国家公派赴美国University of Massachusetts Amherst联合培养。2021年7月进入陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院工作,2022年12月破格晋升为副教授。西部果品资源高值利用教育部工程研究中心、陕西省食品绿色加工与安全控制工程实验室骨干成员。
近三年,主持国家重点研发计划子任务、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金(站中)特别资助项目、陕西省创新人才推进计划项目、中央引导地方科技发展专项资金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、陕西省重点研发计划项目、陕西省博士后项目等纵向项目、企业横向等项目12项。以第一/通讯作者在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Food Research International、《食品科学》等SCI/EI期刊发表论文30余篇。担任SCI期刊Frontiers in Nutrition客座编辑,中文核心期刊《食品研究与开发》《食品与发酵科技》及国产英文期刊Food Safety and Health青年编委;以主编/副主编身份出版著作2部;参与获陕西省高等学校科学技术奖1项;指导本科生/研究生完成中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛、陕西师范大学勤助科研重点项目等多项。
